Today was so fun! We bathed the girls and put their hair up and made a trip to get groceries an adventure! Abi wore a pink princess dress, crown and snap on earrings and pushed the kiddie sized cart around. People stopped to call her princess or 'your highness' which make her smile.
We went home for naps and all the Joneses napped. Following our naps we went to a friends house for a cookout and swim. I took video of Tia running around entirely naked except for shoes. I think she would go everywhere naked if we would let her! But then who can blame her. :-) the world really should get to see the tiny little butt now and then!
Great time hanging with friends and then letting the girls run around. We got up close to some cows, horses and donkeys which the girls loved and took them each on a 4 wheeler ride. Yep, a fantastic family day had by all!!

Crazy ....
Hello ladies,
Well we weighed in this morning and Alyn and I each lost 4 pounds yesterday! While it doesn't stay that high daily obviously I was like wow! That's wild!
Our friend Mason is also doing it with us and he lost 7 pounds yesterday.... Pretty crazy.
